<![CDATA[this is a test and stuff.

trying to set up write.as for writing blog posts and sharing on my mastodon account. i have my own blog already, but have been looking to have a blog connected to social media. exploring the possibilities. still trying to figure out how to connect everything so it all works. probably isn't going to happen immediately; complexity seems to be standard.

the actual writing in write.as is pretty good so far. i like that it parses #markdown. i prefer to write in #typora. can easily copy/paste from there to here. yup. still, can do some quick writing here and throw in formatting easily.

---

if i want to add images, i have to have a web address for the file. trying to use my pixfed account. will it work?

image

so that seems to work. cool. now to move some art over to pixfed, huh?

---

what else can i do?
]]>
